The nutrition plans, fitness plans, and AI coaching provided are generated by artificial intelligence and should not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals. Always consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have existing health conditions. If you experience any adverse health effects, stop using the recommendations and seek medical attention immediately.
Plans, recommendations, and coaching responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You use AI-generated recommendations at your own risk.
Nutripath may recommend third-party products and services. We may earn affiliate commissions from purchases made through links in the app. Product recommendations are based on your profile and preferences but do not constitute endorsements. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of third-party products.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the app, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or submitting false or misleading information.
All content, features, and functionality of Nutripath are owned by Nutripath and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your personalized plans are generated for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section or by contacting support@nutripath.ai.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutripath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, dietary results, or reliance on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Nutripath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
